Zodiac Hoarders - Gemini, Hoarder of Duality

Gemini piece! I took a lot of time with this one. I realized this project is waaay out of my comfort zone, and this artwork is a great example. I'm not very familiar with darker themes, darker palletes, crowded compositions etc.

I did a LOT of studies for that one - for the mask, for the anatomy, for the final picture. I started painting twice before realizing it wasn't going the way I wanted and starting over. This piece made me realize I need more art guidance to reach the results I really want. Not my favorite piece the slightest, but definitively an important one.
